These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Najah, an AI-powered career coaching chatbot available on WhatsApp, developed as part of a program supported by the World Bank and the Government of Morocco.
Najah is accessible only to participants who have been selected and registered through the official pilot program. No public registration is available. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
You agree to use Najah solely for its intended purpose: career coaching and employability support. You may not use Najah for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Najah provides AI-generated career guidance. It does not replace professional career counseling, legal advice, or mental health support. Content is provided for informational and coaching purposes only.
Any information you share with Najah (such as career goals, CV details, or preferences) is used solely to deliver personalized coaching. You retain ownership of your personal content.
All content, design, branding, and materials provided through Najah and this website are the property of the program and its partners. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the service without prior authorization.
The program reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Najah at any time, with or without notice. Access may be revoked in case of misuse or violation of these terms.
Najah or this website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites.
Najah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The program and its partners shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
